This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation hereby defines the correct procedure and necessary methods for the testing over the effective distinctness, uniformity and stability (called DUS, tests of varieties in the experimental field and/or authorized laboratories) of new varieties of plants for the purpose of plant breeding on the territory of the Republic of Croatia (issues further related to the purposes of breeding rights), including the issues defining the delivery time of plant propagating material (seeds or seedlings) for such testing.
