Abstract

This Regulation governs the general procedure for determining the amount of loss of property of agricultural producers, forestry bodies in the event of destruction of agricultural crops, livestock and forest fund as a result of emergency situations, assessment the value of this property and compensation for the damage caused. The amount of losses incurred by agricultural producers as a result of emergency situations is subject to compensation in relation to the following property: (a) harvest of agricultural crops (except for the harvest of hayfields and pastures) and perennial fruit plantations in case of destruction of plants and trees in the amount of 70 percent or more in the established territory; and (b) fruit and perennial plantations, nurseries and hop fields, farm animals, poultry, rabbits, fur-bearing animals regardless of age, and families of bees, forest fund, as well as the harvest of forest seeds on permanent forest seed plots and forest seed plantations.
