This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the procedure of disposal of inventories of prohibited pesticides and plant protection products if containing prohibited active substances; further providing direct procedures and methods to be observed by producers, importers and other subjects dealing and/or having direct contact with these substances on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
