This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the necessary technical conditions and related procedures for the official exemption from the obligation to obtain the analysis of benefits and costs of production plants (for the production of electricity and thermal energy) that are effectively used as backup energy producers for plants that are producing the electricity and/or thermal energy on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
