This Regulation entered into force on 13 July 2019.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Marine Economy and Inland Navigation is composed of two articles and one Annex. The permissible quantities of pollutants, expressed in units of mass per unit of raw material, material, fuel or resulting product that can be discharged in industrial wastewater, in one or more periods, are set out in the Annex to the Regulation.
