Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on maritime navigation safety, prescribes the rules as regards the permanence or stay of vessels in storage for dismantle (storage and maintenance) purposes, in interior sea waters and on the territorial sea of Montenegro. A vessel in dispute is a vessel of Montenegrin state affiliation and/or foreign vessel, other than a warship, which cannot perform, during its stay, any commercial operation, nor be burdened, or loading-unloading cargo or passengers, nor performing repairs or necessary repairs along the operational shore.
