This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation establishes the rules for implementation of measures for protection against ionizing radiation; method of use of ionizing radiation sources; responsibility of the Ministry of the Interior in the process of implementation of measures for protection against ionizing radiation; competence and obligations of the responsible person for protection against ionizing radiation; obligations and rights of employees working with sources of ionizing radiation; specific conditions for conducting activities with sources of ionizing radiation; training, health conditions and health examinations of exposed employees; methods of keeping records on sources of ionizing radiation and manner for reporting to here indicated competent state bodies.
