Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour, which is composed of 13 Paragraphs, establishes: types of power energy sources; technical and technological parameters of producing electrical energy and heat from renewable power sources; requirements concerning measurements, registration and method of estimation of the power amount; amount and method of estimation of the part of the electrical energy from renewable power sources compared with the total sale of electrical energy; method of consideration costs of obligatory purchase or production of electrical energy or heat, for calculation of prices specified in the rates.
