Abstract This Regulation determines the nature and quantity of hazardous substances on the basis of which the Accident Protection Plan is drawn up and additional measures are taken in order to prevent accidents and limit the impact of accidents on humans and environment, economy, ecology and social stability. Hazardous substance, for the purposes of this text, is a substance defined by a European Union regulation governing the control of accident risk involving dangerous substances.
