This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the measures for the systematic control (monitoring programme, technical issues and requirements, and administrative rules) over the effective presence of pharmacologically active substances or their metabolites as well as residues of other substances in animals, food of animal origin and animal feed.
