This text entered into force eight days after its publication the Official Gazette (published on 5 May 2021).
Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on air protection (2019), prescribes the method of monitoring emissions of air pollutants from stationary sources, scope and type of measurement, reference measurement methods, method of proving equivalence for other measurement methods, method of checking the correctness and calibration of measuring instruments, method of checking the correctness of a continuous measurement system used for measurement of emissions of pollutants into the air from stationary sources, including the procedure of sampling and evaluation of measurement results, the method of submitting data on emissions for the needs of the air protection information system and the method of regular public informing.
