This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines and implements various air monitoring provisions to be observed on the territory of the Brcko District, autonomous part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in order to: obtain the indicator of air quality with respect to its impact on people, ecosystems and their components, as well as built property, in order to assess the situation and evaluation of effects of measures and limits aimed to preserve and contain the air pollution; obtain information in order to meet international treaties to which Bosnia and Herzegovina acceded to, and where the exchange of data on air quality and transboundary pollutants is required; determine the duties and responsibilities of the competent local bodies and institution.
