Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs and 17 Annexes, lays down model declarations submitted by: (1) producers of wine entered in the register of producers and entrepreneurs producing wine from grapes obtained from the cultivation of vine located on the territory of the Republic of Poland; (2) entrepreneurs producing wine products from wine, grapes or grape musts; (3) suppliers of grape or grape must entered in the register of producers and entrepreneurs producing wine from grapes obtained from the cultivation of vine located on the territory of the Republic of Poland; (4) entrepreneurs authorized for wholesale marketing of wine.
