Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on ambient air quality, prescribes the methodology, manner, procedures, methods and scopes of measurement of emissions from stationary sources. Procedures for performing measurements, methods and scopes of measurement, including the technical and operational characteristics related to the performance of measurements by stationary sources (or installations) shall be performed in accordance with the latest measurement methods. This text is harmonized with the Directive 2001/81/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on national emission ceilings for certain atmospheric pollutants.
