The minimum number of samples per year shall be taken to examine specific parameters as determined in the Regulation on detailed conditions for collection, drainage and treatment, manner and conditions for design, construction and operation of systems and stations for urban wastewater treatment, as well as technical standards, parameters, emission standards and norms for quality of pretreatment, disposal and wastewater treatment, taking into account the load and the method of treatment of urban wastewater discharged in areas sensitive to urban wastewater discharge (Official Gazette 73/2011).
