This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the necessary methodology aimed to provide the concrete project for the improvement and/or remediation of a specific land slot or parcel (also historical polution/contamination, hazardous substances, research in order to determine the level of pollution/contamination, also when there is a significant risk to the human health and for the environment of environmental safety/security), except for the projects of exploitation of mineral resources, which are governed by other special Regulations.
