This text enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (first published on 3 December 2010).
Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Serbian Environmental Protection Law, determines the methodology for creating the national and local register of pollution sources, as well as the methodology for the types, methods and deadlines for the submission of related data. The National Register of Pollution Sources is maintained by the Environmental Protection Agency. The National Register contains data submitted by companies and other legal entities and entrepreneurs that represent sources of pollution from various activities.
