Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the rules prescribed by the Serbian Law on waste management, prescribes the methodology for collecting data on the composition and quantities of municipal waste on the territory of local self-government units of the Republic of Serbia. Unit of local self-government, through public utility companies and other legal entities that perform utility activities ensures the collection of data on the composition and quantity of municipal waste on its territory. Data collection on the composition of municipal waste is performed by analyzing the sample and determining the morphological composition of waste from urban and rural zones on the territory of local self-government units.
