Abstract This Regulation prescribes the method of sampling of raw milk at the time of purchase, aimed for determines the class and price of milk. The process of taking milk samples for testing the effective quality of milk is performed by qualified and authorized personnel (sampler), at the proposal of the food business operator (milk processor), in a certified-authorized laboratories for the performance of such tests.
