Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the method of monitoring in the areas of production, processing, storage, distribution, use and conformity of fertilizers, as well as control of the quality of fertilizers. Monitoring in the areas of production, processing, storage, distribution, use and conformity of fertilizers, as well as control of the quality of fertilizers is carried out through measurement, tracking, assessment and control of parameters for identification and proof of the quality of fertilizers upon import, export, processing, storage, distribution, use and compatibility of fertilizers, as well as monitoring in all stages of the production process, with sampling of related fertilizers. The monitoring data shall be published on the website of the Phytosanitary Administration.
