Abstract

This Regulation determines the manner for marking of fishing vessels (boats) and sets rules and requirements regarding the marking (sealing) and recording of the fishing gear. Vessels used for commercial fishing, in addition to the marking of the boat for carrying out commercial purposes in accordance with the regulations for inland navigation, are additionally marked with a registration number for commercial fishing and a flag for recognition in the middle of the boat on both sides. The record number for commercial fishing consists of two letters and two numbers, determined by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management.
