Abstract

This Regulation (as prescribed by the Law on fisheries and aquaculture in article 68, fish breeders are obliged to visibly mark the belt around the pond cage at a distance of no more than 15 meters from the cage and the method of marking will be prescribed by the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management) determines the manner for marking the aquaculture fish pond belts. The belt around the pond shall be marked in accordance with specific criteria that is closely described in article 2.
