Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Marine Economy and Inland Navigation and the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of ten articles and one Annex, lays down the method of: (1) keeping records of water melioration devices and drained land; (2) collecting, updating and sharing data on water drainage; (3) determining the area where the water melioration devices have a beneficial effect. Water melioration consists in regulating water relations in order to improve the productive capacity of soil and facilitate its cultivation. The Annex specifies the method of entering water melioration devices and ground borders into records of water melioration devices and drained land.
