This text entered into force on 18 February 2015.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the method of conducting a health examination and the method of taking samples of tobacco over which phytosanitary monitoring is carried out. Health/sanitary inspection of tobacco will be carried out at: - places of production, - places of imports - places of storage and distribution. For each health inspection of tobacco at production sites, import sites and storage and distribution sites, a record shall be drawn.
