Abstract

This Regulation determines the necessary method for conducting health-sanitary examinations, including methods of sampling of outdoor and indoor vegetable crops, over which phytosanitary monitoring has to be performed. Health inspection of fruit species and vines is carried out at the places of production, places of import and places of storage and distribution. Health inspection at the places of importation will be carried out for plants that are listed in article 5.
