Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the method and defines the necessary procedure for taking and storing samples for the purpose of issuance of related decisions to put wine on the market. This text also sets rules regarding the procedure of issuing of wine accompanying documents which shall be obtained once the market authorization is granted. The packaging in which the wine sample is placed should be such that the sample will not undergo chemical changes, physical damage and spoilage (detailed structural and hygiene rules are provided in articles 2 and 3).
