This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation sets the requirements and necessary measures (ban of imports and transit, or entry of consignments from countries where the occurrence of certain was confirmed and/or officially suspected) aimed to prevent the introduction, aimed to control and to prevent the occurrence and spread of the avian influenza (infectious animal disease present mostly in birds, wild birds and poultry) as regards the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
