Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of article 29 paragraph 2 which shall enter into force on the day of Croatian accession to the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation provides: all necessary measures and standards for the correct response to an emergency that may arise in activities with ionizing radiation and nuclear activities; measures for the protection against ionizing radiation.
