This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the necessary procedure and minimum conditions (also in technical, administrative terms) for the recognition/registration of varieties of vegetable-crop species in the Official Variety List of the Republic of Bulgaria and in the common catalog of varieties of vegetable crops for member states of the European Union, for the purpose of controlled, approved and safe commerce with such materials on the territory of the European Union member state markets.
