Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with provisions of the Serbian Law on waste management, sets the manner and indications for separate, safe and controlled storage, packaging and labelling of hazardous waste. The storage, packaging and labelling of hazardous waste shall be performed in a way that ensures the lowest risk to endangering the life and health of people and of the environment. All hazardous waste storage facilities, present on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, must be built in accordance with laws and bylaws governing such planning and construction, as well as with related technical requirements and standards.
