This text enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 3 March 2016).
Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions Macedonian Law on environment, prescribes the manner of scoring the first and second part of the expert exam for environmental impact assessment of projects and the expert exam for strategic environmental assessment. The first part of the exam, i.e. the theoretical part, is taken in writing electronically by answering a number of questions; the second part of the exam consists in solving a practical example and answering questions based on the analysis of practical examples. This text also sets rules regarding the form and content of related certificates (provided in the Annex-Certificate for passed professional exam for acquiring the status of expert for strategic environmental assessment, as well as the Certificate for passed professional exam for gaining the status of an expert for environmental impact assessment of projects).
