Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on spatial planning and construction (Republika Srpska), determines the production procedure, content and formation of spatial planning documents, among relevant duties and obligation in terms of procedural matters and elaboration of submitted data. Topics here covered are also regarding the planning of related use of agricultural land, industrial land parcels, water lands, urban land. The general methodology for drafting spatial planning documents consists of the following phases: a) preparatory phase; b) analysis and assessment of the existing situation; c) problems of development and arrangement of space; g) objectives; e) programme, i.e. concept of development; f) effective preparation of such spatial planning document.
