This text enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 8 August 2021).
Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions Macedonian Law on tobacco, tobacco products and related products, prescribes the manner of performing quality control and measurement of ingredients in tobacco, the cost of sampling and their analysis, the method and sampling methods for analysis and superanalysis on tobacco and related products, as sets rules on time, place and manner of storage and destruction of related samples. Sampling of tobacco products-cigarettes for analysis and superanalysis in accredited laboratory shall be performed according to MKS ISO 8243 (standards).
