Abstract

This Regulation determines the manner of performing activities through cooperation as regards the performance of services by agricultural cooperative for irrigation of agricultural land through the use of irrigation systems based on previously concluded agreement with a competent entity for performing water management activity. The contract with a competent entity for performing water management activity is concluded for the use and maintenance of a specific hydro-reclamation unit. For irrigation of the hydro-ameliorative unit, the Agricultural Cooperative performs the following tasks: procurement of irrigation water; distribution of water for irrigation of members and non-members of the cooperative within a hydraulic unit on the basis of an agreement; maintenance of irrigation infrastructure; determining the amount of the irrigation fee and its collection.
