Abstract

This Regulation determines the manner for conducting the examination for commercial fishing, the content of the programme for taking such exam, as well as the form and content of the certificate of passed exam (certification sample is given in the Annex of this text). The commercial fishing exam is conducted in two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. Before the beginning of the commercial fishing exam, the Examination Commission checks the identity of the candidates with an insight into the personal documentation.
