This Regulation entered into force on 1 January 2009.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the manner for the authorized issuance of guarantees-certifications of origin of electricity that is claimed to derive/be produced from renewable energy sources, and also sets the correct and transparent manner for keeping the register of such issued certificates (also administrative forms, necessary contents).
