Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the national Law on environmental noise protection, defines the detailed manner, conditions and procedure for establishment and operation of noise pollution monitoring networks, methodology and manner of such monitoring, as well as the conditions, manner and procedure for submission of information and data from monitoring of the situation in the field of noise. The state network for environmental noise monitoring shall be established in all agglomerations and zones through which main roads, main railway lines and main airports, as well as near installations that affect the emission of environmental noise. Noise monitoring with monitoring networks will be performed through measurement and/or calculation of basic and/or additional indicators, which are specified in the annual work programmes of related noise pollution monitoring networks.
