This text enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 24 November 2021).
Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Serbian Forest Law, determines the manner and time of remittance/felling, assignment of remittance stamp, manner of marking stumps of illegally felled trees, manner of recording these trees and stumps in remittance books, form and content of remittance and forest fault stamps and remittance forms books. The Annex is part of this publication (set of designated forms).
