Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with provisions of the Serbian Law on waste management, sets the manner and procedure for waste management of vehicles (including issues on hazardous waste and hazardous substances that can be present in this kind of waste). Waste vehicle management is performed in a way that provides and ensures conditions for: 1) prevention of vehicle waste; 2) reuse, recycling and other forms of reuse of such waste, as well as reduction of waste disposal; 3) improvement of environmental protection standards by manufacturers, importers, distributors, sellers and end users during the life cycle of vehicles, and especially in the treatment of waste vehicles.
