Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with provisions of the Serbian Law on waste management, prescribes the manner and specific procedure aimed for controlled and safe titanium dioxide waste management, including measures for supervision and related monitoring of the environment on-site or on-location. Titanium dioxide waste management provides conditions for the prevention, reduction and elimination of pollution caused by titanium dioxide waste.
