Abstract This Regulation prescribes the manner and procedure of production of each category of planting material of fruit trees, vines and hops, as well as the deadlines for submitting the application for production and application forms for production permits. The production of each category of planting material of fruit trees, vines and hops is done by generative propagation or vegetative propagation which produces planting material of a lower category. Vegetative propagation can also be done by grafting, which connects the rootstock and the seedling and gets a seedling of the same category of used reproductive planting material.
