Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the manner and procedure for the issuance international certificates on the safety of exported food. This text further determines the appearance of such international certificate form, as well as the manner for data collection in relation to issued certificates. The International Certificate (Health Certificate) is a certificate of food safety and it is meant for health certifying that the food is produced in the Republic of Serbia in a registered food production facility, that is under the supervision of the sanitary inspection and that the conditions specified in related certificate are been met. The procedure for issuing an international certificate is a procedure that includes filling in, signing and certifying the form of the international food safety certificate by the competent sanitary inspector. Types of food that are considered under these terms are listed in article 3.
