Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Food Safety Law, determines the manner and procedure for issuance of international certificate on the safety of exported food, and sets issues as regards the records on such issued certificates. An international certificate is a certificate on food safety of plant and mixed origin which confirms that the food is produced in the Republic of Serbia in a registered food production facility which is under the supervision of the inspection of the ministry responsible for agriculture.
