Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on marine fisheries and mariculture, prescribes the manner and conditions of issuing catch certificates, fish lists and other marine organisms (Annex 1) for which a catch certificate is issued and a list of countries whose certificate is recognized on import (Annex 2) and countries for which a catch certificate is required on export (Annex 3). A certificate of catch of fish and other marine organisms shall be issued at the request of the license holder for conducting commercial fishing. Necessary administrative forms are also part of the attachment (forms 1 and 2). The contents of article 12 of the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2008 establishing a Community system to prevent, deter and eliminate illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing, amending Regulations (EEC) No. 2847/93, (EC) No. 1936/2001 and (EC) No. 601/2004 and repealing Regulations (EC) No. 1093/94 and (EC) No. 1447/1999 are transposed in this Regulation.
