This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation determines the necessary contents of the request, related documentation and manner of payment of fees for the obtaining the construction and easements rights on state-owned agricultural land, as regards the territory of the Republic of Croatia. However, on agricultural land parcels, the construction right can be granted also for the purpose of exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons and/or geothermal water resources (see article 9 for detailed provisions).
