Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on hunting (Republika Srpska), prescribes the manner and conditions for establishment of game farms in a fenced area. Game farm in a fenced area may be established by a legal entity registered in the court register for hunting. The area of the farm may not be less than 10 hectares of thread may not exceed 2,000 hectares. Distance of farms from settlements or housing facilities can not be less than 200 meters. In such wildlife farms all hunted and protected species can be bred, except species from the order of beasts (Carnivora). An overview of farm surface structures is laid down in Annex of this text.
