This Regulation entered into force on 19 October 2013.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two articles and one Annex, establishes the list of species of vegetable and fruit plants of great economic importance for which the economic value of variety is assessed. The purpose of this assessment is to to produce descriptive lists of varieties specification of the yield and quality and usable properties of varieties. The Annex contains the list of these plants with Polish and botanical names.
