This Regulation entered into force on 6 November 2009.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the list of imported agricultural products and foodstuffs for which the procedure of authorization for marketing may be applied, and minimum quantities of these products which shall be subject to a commercial quality control. The list of products and their minimum quantities are specified in the Annex.
