The Regulation entered into force on 1 January 2003.
Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two Paragraphs and one Annex, establishes: the list of imported agricultural products and foodstuffs for which the procedure of permission to the turnover may be applied; minimum amounts of the products which shall be subject to a commercial quality control. The list of products and the minimum amounts are specified in the Annex.
