Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of ten articles, establishes the procedure for granting and withdrawing licenses of veterinarians to carry out veterinary activities, procedure fo the loss of document thanks to which the license is granted, and contents of the register of granted and revoked licenses. The license can be granted to a doctor of veterinary medicine who meets the following conditions: (1) has completed university studies of veterinary medicine in the Republic of Slovenia; (2) passed the state examination or a recognized professional examination; (3) is a member of the Veterinary Association. The Veterinary Association keeps the register of licenses. The register contains the name of veterinarian, number and date of the decision to grant or revoke the license.
